The Interdepartmental Commission for International Trade (the ‘investigative authority’) has considered information of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine regarding the special measures on imports of sulphuric acid and oleum to Ukraine and arrived at the need to make changes in the part of the product description. Taking into account the above and guided by the provisions of the Law "On application of special measures on imports into Ukraine", the investigative authority decided to set out the description of the product, which is the object of application of special measures in the following version: "sulphuric acid with a mass fraction of monohydrate (H2SO4) of not less than 92.5% and oleum, which can be classified according to UKTZED under the code 2807 00 00 00." The decision of the Commission comes into effect on the day of its publication in the official press (5 November 2022). |
